On Dec 26, 2014 the collective listing ceremony of China’s National Equities Exchange and Quotationsk (NEEQ) was held

at the Beijing National Convention Center. The nationwide first 200 companies were listed on NEEQ that morning.

Yongtong Technology Development Co.,Ltd  was one of the NEEQ listed companies, stock code 831705, which marked

the beginning of Yongtong Technology capital market era. On March 26, 2015, Enterprise f Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province,

a special ceremony was held in the Beijing Financial Street Jinyang Building. Yongtong Technology and two other

outstanding enterprises in Ganzhou City ( Huayuan New Material and Rongyi Technology ) ushered in an important step

in the history , officially lands in NEEQ.  COB and GM of Yongtong Technology Mr. Liu Zhongchun attended the listing

ceremony.

Following the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the State Council approved the establishment of a third national securities exchange, NEEQ, to build a mature multi-level capital market. NEEQ mainly serves the innovative, entrepreneurial and growth-oriented enterprises, and is commonly known as Chinese NASDAQ. Most of the NEEQ listed companies are dedicated to information technology, advanced manufacturing, new materials or environmental industries, etc.
